A lifelong angler, Scott has been passionate about fishing since childhood and transitioned into kayak fishing in 2016. Known for chasing the bite wherever it leads, his range spans from Cape Cod to South Florida, targeting a wide variety of species across both inshore and offshore waters.
Beyond the water, Scott is deeply committed to growing the fishing community. He actively volunteers with Hooked on Fishing Not On Drugs and New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife, helping introduce and mentor the next generation of anglers. A strong advocate for anglers’ rights, he works to protect access and opportunities for the fishing community.
Scott is the founder and president of Tupperware Navy—New Jersey’s only saltwater fishing club—and serves as manager of Grumpys Tackle, where he continues to share knowledge, support fellow anglers, and fuel the local fishing scene.

Keith Bolen
I’ve been an avid angler along the East Coast, from Florida to Nantucket, throughout my entire life. My fishing journey initially began in rivers and lakes, but it gradually evolved into saltwater fishing, both from the beach and boats. About 12 years ago, a friend introduced me to kayak fishing, and from that moment on, there was no turning back.
I decided to revisit freshwater fishing for a while to refine my skills before fully immersing myself in saltwater fishing. Since then, I’ve primarily focused on saltwater angling up and down the East Coast, targeting species such as Stripers, Blues, Fluke, and my personal favorite, False Albacore, also known as Albies.
In 2023, I had the opportunity to assist a friend who owns Shore Kayak Fishing charters, guiding kayak trips. In 2024, I started my own kayak fishing charter with two friends called Inshore Outfitters Kayak Charters. It has been an absolute blast for me to pass on the knowledge and experiences I’ve accumulated over the years to others who share an interest in this thrilling sport.

I’m an avid angler with 20+ years of experience fishing, and eight years of experience fishing from a kayak. Although I began my early fishing in freshwater, I have spent the majority of my time through the past 10 years in saltwater. Through the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for the craft, not just in fishing but also in creating, as I build custom plugs specifically geared toward striped bass. My journey has taken me up and down the East Coast, where I’ve fished a wide range of waters, conditions and species, constantly learning and refining my approach. Whether I’m exploring new spots or dialing in proven patterns, I’m always driven by the challenge, the creativity, and the connection to the water that kayak fishing brings.

A passionate multi-species angler who enjoys fishing in every season, both freshwater and saltwater, from shore to offshore. He appreciates the ever-evolving knowledge, tactics, and challenges that come with the sport. Always willing to listen, learn, and help others, he simply enjoys being outdoors at the end of the day.
