We're here every day, so we ship every day! We try to get most packages out same day, but sometimes it may not be until the next day. Got a trip? Fishing a tournament? Need it in a hurry? Call us so we can make sure it gets out that day!
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:
Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return Fees:
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Why is there a return fee?
We have to pay our credit card processing company on all sales even if they are returned. Since we are a small business, these fees can be crippling for us. We would much rather you make the correct the first time! Please ask us if you need help with a decision!
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at [sales@kayakkartel.com] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund minus the fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Used or damaged gear
