The Power Pole Adapter enables you to quickly and easily add a Bixpy Motor to your kayak by utilizing your standard Micro Power Pole adapter slot.
If your kayak has four pre-drilled holes that accommodate a Micro Anchor Power Pole, you can mount this adapter onto your watercraft in seconds!
If your kayak is Power Pole ready but requires a special mounting plate (e.g., some Hobie Pro Anglers, Wilderness A.T.A.K, Native Propel), you will need the mounting plate provided by your kayak manufacturer to facilitate easier installation. If you have a Hobie Pro Angler or Hobie Compass kayak, you can add the mounting plate using the bundle option above.
If your kayak does not have a power pole mount, this is still an excellent and stable option for mounting a Bixpy Motor to your kayak, as long as you have a fairly flat area in the rear of your kayak to accommodate the adapter’s footprint. If you prefer not to drill into your kayak, you can use our 3M Double-Sided Mounting Adhesive to attach the power pole directly to any flat surface.
